How do I join?

We often get you set up within the hour. You can either contact an Account Advisor on 0161 904 7045, email enquiries@pay-sure.co.uk or log on to www.pay-sure.co.uk to register.

Once you have completed a simple application form (confirming personal details) you will then be sent our Terms & Conditions which you will need to reply to. Once this has been done, we will then get everything set up with your agency/end client and all you will have to do is send us a copy of your Passport, proof of address and your P45.

You will then receive a welcome Email from the employee support team outlining the timesheet and explense process as well as providing a password for you to use the online portal.

Do I still incur a cost if I am not working?

No. paysure only charge when we process a timesheet on your behalf.

Am I insured?

Yes, you are covered via our insurance policy. This covers you for Employers Liability, Public Liability and Professional Indemnity.

Statutory Sick Pay?

You are entitled to SSP, however the first three sick days are classed as waiting days and you do not get paid for these. Thereafter with a sick note from your Doctors we will pay you at the SSP rate.

Can I be with more than one agency?

Yes, please notify us of this as this will be of benefit. You will be able to process both of your agencies through us meaning you can take advantage of your Tax code.

Pensions?

If you have a pension please notify us, a pension significantly decreases the amount of Tax you pay and therefore benefits you.

Can I refer a friend?

If you refer a friend to paysure we will reward you with £50.00 in vouchers per referral.
